Southminster has a daytime Joy Circle and an Evening Circle. Contact the Church Office for additional information. We join in on the activities of the Presbyterian Women of National Capital Presbytery.
Purpose of Presbyterian Women:
Forgiven and freed by God in Jesus Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves: to nurture our faith through prayer and Bible study; to support the mission of the church worldwide; to work for justice and peace; and, to build an inclusive, caring community of women that strengthens the Presyterian Church (U.S.A.) and witnesses to the promise of God's kingdom.
Southminster's Joy Circle meets the first Thursday of each month at 9:30 AM. The next meeting is April 3.
Celebrating 20th Anniversary of Presbyterian Women - PCUSA. Presbyterian Women of National Capital Presbytery invite you to a Spring Gathering, Saturday, April 19th from 9 to noon at New York Ave. Presbyterian.
